EC-AL meeting begins

Staff Correspondent: The meeting of Election Commission (EC) with the ruling Awami League (AL) over the 11the general election has begun.

The meeting started at 4:00pm at Nirbachan Bhaban in the capital’s Agargaon on Wednesday.

A 16-member delegation led by H T Imam, co-chairman of AL’s election management committee, joined the meeting.

For EC, Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) K M Nurul Huda, commissioners Mahbub Talukdar, Rafiqul Islam, Kabita Khanam and Brig Gen (retd) Shahadat Hossain Chowdhury joined the meeting.

Besides, EC secretary Helal Uddin Ahmed, EC Public Relations Officer (PRO) S M Asaduzzaman also attended the meeting.
