Niloy murder: Probe report submission on May 16

Staff Correspondent: A Dhaka court deferred the date to May 16 for submission of the investigation report in blogger Niladri Chatterjee Niloy murder case. 

Dhaka Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Ashek Imam set the new date as the investigation officer in the case failed to submit the report before court on Thursday.

Earlier on August 7, 2015, blogger Niloy was hacked to death by a group of assailants at his rented flat on the 4th floor of a multi-storey building at Goran in the capital.

Later, victim’s wife Ashamoni filed the case with Khilgaon police station against four unidentified miscreants.
