Staff Correspondent: Supreme Court has cleared the way for hearing a rule on Jaha Alam, the man wrongly imprisoned for three years because of an identity mix-up.
A four-member bench of the Appellate Division headed by Chief Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain on Monday dismissed a stay petition seeking stop of all court activities on Jaha Alam filed by Anti-Corruption Commission.
