25 individuals to be sued over Banani F R Tower

Staff Correspondent: Some 25 individuals who were allegedly involved in stretching F R Tower to 22nd floor from 14th which caught fire recently, killing 27 people.
The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) found evidences of involvement of owners, developer company Rupayan and officials of Rajuk in the anomalies.
The 25 individuals include one of the former chairmen of Rajuk, more than one authorized officers, building inspector and directors of Rupayan Group, according to ACC sources.
The sources said, “Investigation report in this regared will soon be submitted to ACC. Later, the case will be filed once the commission approves.”
When asked, ACC Chairman Iqbal Mahmood said, “Those were involvement in F R Tower anomalies are being emerged gradually. ACC will not spare them.”
