PM holding post-budget press conference

Desk Report: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is now addressing a press briefing over the proposed budget 2019-20.

The press conference began at 3:00pm on Friday in capital’s Bangabandhu International Conference Centre.

The Finance Minister started his budget unveiling on Thursday afternoon but could not complete due to physical illness. Later, the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina readout the rest of budget speech.

Planning minister, secretaries of the ministry, secretaries of finance ministry, NBR chairman and others attended the press conference.
