Eid journey comfortable except Dhaka-Tangail road: Quader

Staff Correspondent: Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader has said that the homebound people are enjoying comfortable Eid journey without Dhaka-Tangail highway.

The minister said this while briefing to the media on Sunday.

The minister claimed that there was congestion on Dhaka-Tangail highway only, not on all the highways.

Expressing sorrow for Eid holidaymakers’ sufferings on Dhaka-Tangail highway, Obaidul Quader said the situation will improve this afternoon.
He also said instant actions are being taken whenever any irregularity is found on any road.
