Instigators behind Rohingya rally identified

Cox’s Bazar Correspondent: The district administration has identified the instigators who were behind the Rohingya rally directly and indirectly in Cox’s Bazar.

Already, the authority has banned six NGOs for their alleged involvement with the issue.

On September 3, a probe report signed by Cox's Bazar Deputy Commissioner Md Kamal was sent to the director general of NGO Bureau.

Deputy Commissioner Md Kamal said, legal steps will be taken against the identified masterminds.

According to the probe report, the organizations include- Voice of Rohingya, Rohingya Refugee Committee (RRC). Arakan Rohingya Society for Peace and Human rights (ARSPH). Of them, ARSPH is comparably influential organization.

Besides, some NGOs of Cox’s Bazar, lawyers, university teachers and college teacher, human right organizers, RRRC officials, police and others were involved directly or indirectly with the rally.
