HC summons RAB executive magistrate Sarwar

The High Court summoned Sarwar Alam, an executive magistrate of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB), to explain why he did not provide a copy of a judgment order given by him to an accused.

The HC bench of Justice M Enayetur Rahim and Justice Md Mostafizur Rahma poassed the order on Monday.

Sarwar Alam has been asked to appear before the court on December 1.

Deputy attorney general Tushar Kanti Roy confirmed the matter to risingbd.
