Housing Minister leaves Dhaka for Abu Dhabi Saturday

Housing and Public Works Minister SM Rezaul Karim is set to leave Dhaka for the United Arab Emirates on Saturday on a five-day official visit there to attend the World Urban Forum to be held in Abu Dhabi.

Rezaul will attend the ministerial level roundtable of the World Urban Forum on February 9.

Later, he will participate in other events of the forum, including `Voices from Cities’ and Networking Event’, and deliver a country statement.

After wrapping up his five-day visit, the Housing and Public Works Minister will return home on February 13, it added.

The 10th session of the World Urban Forum is going to be held at the National Exhibition Centre of Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, on February 8-13 with a theme of ‘Cities of Opportunities: Connecting Culture and Innovation’.
