ACC grills mayor Sayeed Khokon’s APS

The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) interrogated Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) Mayor Sayed Khokon’s Assistant Personal Secretary (APS) Kazi Abul Kalam Azad for his alleged involvement in corruption.

A team headed by ACC Director Syed Iqbal Hossain began interrogation at its Segunbagicha headquarters around 10.30am on Monday.

Pranab Kumar Bhattacharya, public relations officer of ACC, confirmed the matter.

Earlier, ACC summoned Kazi Abul Kalam Azad to appear before the anti-corruption watchdog for interrogating over amassing illegal money through casino business and some other issues.
