ACC appoints intelligence officers in 22 districts

The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has appointed intelligence officers in 22 districts to trace so called godfathers here.
ACC Public Relations Officer (PRO) Pranab Kumar Bhattacharya confirmed the news to risingbd on Tuesday.
Earlier on February 6, ACC Chairman Iqbal Mahmood came up with over the appointment while inaugurating ‘Day Care Centre’.
ACC Chairman said, “We are shortly going to appoint 22 intelligence officers in 22 district offices to trace illegal wealth of godfathers of the crime world.”
“The intelligence officers will collect information on illegal wealth of the people who have turned godfathers through drug business, terrorism, land grabbing, bribery and corruption,” he added.
