Four more persons have died after being infected with coronavirus or COVID-19 in the country, raising the total number of deaths in the virus to 13.
About 29 more people have been found to be infected with coronavirus in last 24 hours, taking the number of confirmed cases to 117.
Health and Family Welfare Minister Zahid Maleque made the disclosure at a press conference at Mohakhali in the city on Monday.
The health minister advised people to follow rules of quarantine and social distancing seriously to avoid a catastrophic situation as seen in Europe.
