Another journo tests coronavirus positive

Another journalist has tested positive for coronavirus in the country.

The infected journalist is a senior reporter of a newspaper and member of Crime Reporters Association of Bangladesh (CRAB).

He has been staying since he was confirmed infected by the Institute of Epidemiology Disease Control and Research (IEDCR).

The infected journalist himself confirmed the news to risingbd.

He said, “I have been suffering from sore throat, fever, cold and cough for several days past. At one stage, I contacted with IEDCR. They detected me positive for coronavirus.

“I’m currently staying at home with the instruction of IEDCR,” he added.

Earlier it was learnt that journalists of Independent, Jamuna TV and another media person contracted with coronavirus.
