Fourteen more people died of coronavirus infection in the last 24 hours, taking the total number of deaths to 228 in the country.
Besides, 887 more people tested positive for COVID-19 over the same period, raising the total number of confirmed cases to 14,657.
Prof Dr Nasima Sultana, additional director general of Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), disclosed the latest figures of deaths and infections in the daily online bulletin of DGHS on coronavirus situation in Dhaka on Sunday (May 10).
