A total of 160 Bangladesh nationals returned from Singapore who got stuck in the country due to coronavirus pandemic.
A special flight of US-Bangla Airlines carrying the Bangladeshis landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA) around 7:15pm on Wednesday (July 22).
Kamrul Islam, general manager (public relations) of US-Bangla Airlines, confirmed the matter.
He said, ‘Many of Bangladesh nationals have been stranded in different countries across the world due to coronavirus outbreak for nearly last four months. US-Bangla brought 160 Bangladeshis back home from Singapore today (Wednesday).’
