8 additional secretaries transferred

In the latest reshuffle of the administration, eight additional secretaries have been transferred, or given new postings.

Public administration issued a separate notifications in this regard on Thursday (August 6).

Manik Lal Banik, additional secretary to Office of the Registrar General, Birth & Death Registration, has been made additional secretary to the Ministry of Expatriate Welfare and Overseas Employment.

Md Mahbub Kabir, additional secretary of railway ministry, has been made special acting officer of public administration ministry.

Sheikh Shoebul Alam, additional secretary of Health Service Division, has been sent to Expatriate Welfare and Overseas Employment while Suleman Khan, additional secretary of health service division, has been made additional secretary of commerce ministry and Additional secretary Mohammad Islam of social welfare ministry has been made additional secretary of Ministry of Chittagong Hill Tracts Affairs.
