Fire breaks out at Banani’s Ahmed Tower

A fire broke out at Ahmed Tower in the city’s Banani area.

The fire originated on the 15th floor of the 28-storey building at 11:38am on Sunday (September 20).

Duty officer Ershad Hossain of Fire Service and Civil Defence Control room confirmed the news to risingbd.

On information, eight firefighting units rushed to the spot and now they are working to bring the blaze under control, he said.
