Holiday of Shab-e-Barat rescheduled on March 30

The government has rescheduled the holiday of the holy Shab-e-Barat on March 30 in lieu of March 29.

Public Administration Ministry has issued a gazette notification in this regard on Tuesday (March 23) afternoon.

As per the revised decision of the National Moon Sighting Committee, the holiday has been rescheduled on March 30 instead of March 29 on the occasion of holy Shab-e-Barat, the notification said.
