Bangladesh logs another zero daily Covid-19 death

Bangladesh registered another zero death from coronavirus (Covid-19) in the past 24 hours. Earlier, Bangladesh recorded zero Covid-19 deaths for three consecutive days on March 15, March 16 and March 17. 

On March 18, two people died from coronavirus. One day later, on March 19, the country experienced another day of zero Covid-19 death. On March 20, three people died of the virus. Today (March 21) the countrymen another day of zero death. So, the national toll from the virus has been remained stuck at 29,117 across the country so far.

However, some 116 new cases were reported over the same period. With this, the total number of infected cases stood at 19,50,725 in the country.

A press release of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) revealed the development on Monday (March 21).

Alongside, as many as 1,140 Covid-19 patients made recoveries in the past 24 hours, bringing the total recoveries to 18,71,611, the release said.
