Over 5.5 crore people receive booster doses

More than 5.56 crore people have received booster doses against coronavirus (Covid-19) in the country so far.

Over four lakh people yesterday (October 5) received booster doses against coronavirus in the country.

A press release issued from the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) revealed the information.

A total of 13 crore 20 lakh 14 thousand 456 people received the first dose of Covid-19 vaccine, 12 crore 35 lakh 88 thousand 907 got second dose and 5 crore 56 lakh 59 thousand 710 people received the booster dose so far, according to the press release.
