Age limit of bank job seekers extended

The Bangladesh Bank (BB) has raised age limit of bank job seekers due to the Covid-19 pandemic that interrupted the recruitment process.

The central bank issued a circular in this regard on Wednesday.

According to the circular, an applicant who was 30 years old on March 25, 2020 will be eligible for recruitment until June 30, 2023 for bank jobs.

So, the central bank has extended the usual age limit by 39 months for bank jobs.
