4 missing as boat capsizes in Buriganga

Four people went missing after a boat capsized in the Buriganga near Sadarghat following a collision with a trawler on Thursday evening (November 24).

The identities of the four people could not be known immediately.

Kabir Hossain, duty officer at Sadarghat Naval police station confirmed the matter to risingbd.

On information, rescuers were sent to the spot. The incident took place near the Waizghat area, the duty officer added.
