Water transport strike withdrawn

The nation-wide water transport workers’ strike called to press home their 10- point demand has been withdrawn.

Leaders of water transport workers’ associations took the decision after holding meeting with government at Shromo Bhaban in the capital’s Bijoynagar on Monday (November 28) afternoon.

Akter Hossain, Public Relations Official of the Labor Ministry, confirmed the matter.
