‘There are no more Rohingyas on zero line’

Foreign Minister Dr AK Abdul Momen said there are no more Rohingyas on zero line in the Bangladesh-Myanmar border.

The minister said this while addressing a program at foreign service academy in the capital on Tuesday (January 31).

He said that there were some Rohingyas at the zero line for many years. They were involved with drug dealers. Some of them have entered here because of the war between the two sides in Rakhine. But there are no more Rohingyas at the Zero Line now.

Dr AK Abdul Momen also said Bangladesh will not accept any new Rohingyas. As Arakan Rohingya Salvation Army (ARSA) and Rohingya Solidarity Organisation (RSO) burned down the camps at the Zero Line following their own conflict. So, no Rohingyas are left there.
