Bangladesh registers 12 new Covid cases in 24hrs

Bangladesh reported no death of coronavirus (Covid-19) in the past 24 hours, remaining the national toll stuck at 29,442 across the country so far.

However, some 12 new cases were reported over the same period. With this, the total number of infected cases stood at 20,37,568 in the country.

A press release from the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) revealed the development on Wednesday (February 1).

Alongside, as many as 251Covid-19 patients made recoveries in the past 24 hours, bringing the total recoveries to 19,93,173, the release said.
