Grameenphone network disrupted

Network of the leading mobile phone operator Grameenphone faced disruption on Thursday noon due to damage to fibre cables in three places.

Contacted, an officer of Grameenphone said customers in different parts of the country were complaining that they were unable to call other GP numbers.

He said fibre cables had been cut at 3 different locations in the north Bengal and they were working to resolve the problem.
