Prothom Alo editor gets bail

The High Court (HC) has granted a six-week anticipatory bail to Prothom Alo editor Matiur Rahman in a case filed under Digital Security Act.

The HC bench of justice Mustafa Zaman Islam and Justice Md Aminul Islam passed the order on Sunday (April 2).

Earlier, Prothom Alo editor Matiur Rahman sought an anticipatory bail in the case filed with Ramna police station.
