Sramik League leader beaten to death in capital’s Badda

A Sramik League leader has been beaten to death in the capital’s Badda area over a previous enmity.

The incident took place on Friday night in Satarkul area.

The deceased is Apu Islam, 35, convener of no. 41 ward Sramik League.

In-charge of the police outpost of Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) Md Bachchu Mia confirmed the news.

Police has arrested several persons in this connection.
