SC chamber judge denies Aman Ullah Aman bail

The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court has refused to grant bail to BNP Dhaka city north unit convener Amanullah Aman in a corruption case in which the High Court upheld his 13 years’ jail sentence.

Justice M Enayetur Rahim, chamber judge of the SC’s Appellate Division fixed November 20 rejecting his bail petition on Wednesday (September 13).

Earlier on Sunday (September 10), a Dhaka court denied bail to Amanullah Aman and ordered to send him to jail in the case filed for amassing illegal wealth beyond his known income source.
