“Govt. determined to hold free, fair elections”

Foreign Minister Dr AK Abdul Momen reiterated his government's determination to hold free, fair elections in Bangladesh.
The minister said this while briefing media about Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s daily engagement’s on 78th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) session’s sidelines on Monday (September 18).
AK Abdul Momen said, “To hold a free, fair and non-violent election, all irrespective of political affiliation should exhibit topmost sincerity. We will be able to hold a free and fair election if everything goes accordingly.”
Replying to another question, the minister said that they are taking all types of preparations to set an example holding the next general elections in a free and fair manner.
