Bhuban injured after being shot by terrorists dies

Motorcyclist Bhuban Chandra Shil, who was injured after being shot in the head during indiscriminate firing by a group of terrorists in Tejgaon industrial belt of the capital on September 18, passed away at a hospital in the city.
He breathed his last at around 10:30am on Monday (September 25) while undergoing treatment at Popular Hospital in the capital.
Palash Majumdar, brother-in-law of Bhuban Chandra, confirmed the news to the media.
Earlier, a group of terrorists fired indiscriminately at the private car of top terrorist Tarik Saeed alias Mamun, in the Tejgaon industrial area around 10:00pm on Monday (September 18). Bhuban was shot in the head when he was on a motorcycle near the Bangladesh Government Press area in Tejgaon.
Initially, Bhuban was taken to Samorita Hospital and later transferred to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH). Relatives later moved him to Popular Hospital, where he was put on life support.
