Earthquake jolts Dhaka, other parts of country

An earthquake of magnitude 5.3 jolted different parts of Bangladesh including the capital Dhaka, on Monday (October 2) evening.
The earthquake was felt at 6:45 pm.
The epicentre was 3km from Resubelpara of India’s Meghalaya.
The quake was also felt in Nepal, Bhutan and China.
There were no immediate reports of damage.
