At present, there is no alternative to a successful entrepreneur in eliminating unemployment. Being a successful entrepreneur is great, of course, but there are also challenges along the way.

Nur A Karim Shuvo's start was not easy either. The only child of the parents Shuvo dreamed of becoming an entrepreneur since childhood. On the sidelines of school, the holidays were spent with uncles and cousins in their own businesses. After completing secondary and higher secondary, he was admitted in the CSE department of Daffodil International University. After finishing his graduation, Shuvo started his life with a private job. But the dream of becoming an entrepreneur was still with him. He had previously worked as a freelancer & gradually he started his own company My Server based on IT. His family initially did not understand the nature of his work. Later, when his work constantly improved, his family also supported him. Shuvo said, ‘No matter how big a job I get after graduating from university, I still have that identity ten years later. And just as my company has made me an entrepreneur today, it has given me the opportunity to employ 20 more people.'

When asked what kind of service is provided by your company My Server, he said, ‘I am currently devoting more time to online software development. Most of the customers of this software are from foreign countries. We are providing web hosting and web development services for the customers of our country.’ Among the services that this young entrepreneur works with in the organization are web developing, domain, hosting, bulk SMS services, software solutions and digital marketing. He was asked, what do you think of the challenge as an entrepreneur? He said, ‘The main challenge in this sector is to get the job done to the client on time, and on-time work is very important in digital marketing. We focus more on customer satisfaction.'

His future plan is to launch a full-fledged service for entrepreneurs. He dreamed that one day Bangladesh would be a prosperous country. Entrepreneurs will be created from house to house like in developed countries. The dreamer said very firmly, ‘One day I want to represent my country by making the service more fulfilling.'

Mr. Shuvo wants to take his organization to greater heights. At present more than 30 people are working in his organization. Success can be defined in different ways. But success is different from one's field. Thousands of entrepreneurs like Nur A Karim Shuvo are working tirelessly to taste this different level of success.
