AL picks actor Ferdous for Dhaka-10

Dhallywood actor Ferdous Ahmed has secured the ruling Awami League’s nomination from Dhaka-10 constituency to contest the upcoming 12th national parliament election.

Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader announced his name from a press conference at the party’s Bangabandhu Avenue office in the capital around 4 pm on Sunday (November 26).

Earlier, Ferdous collected nomination forms for two constituencies in Dhaka – Dhaka-10 and Dhaka-18 – from Awami League.
