Jatiya Party is domestic political party, Quader admits

Jatiya Party Chairman Golam Mohammad Quader has admitted that Jatiya Party is now a domestic political party.

“After 2014, we have lost the capacity of bargaining. Now we are called a domestic political party. This is the reality”, he said.

GM Quader said this at a birthday programme at the party chairman’s Banani office on Saturday.

GM Quader said, “The country and the nation do not need a domestic political party or a domestic opposition party. If we are confined to a group, the people will not need us. Why will the people vote for such a party? In order to save the party, we have to exclude such things”.
