BNP announces 2-day programme on Teesta issue

BNP has announced a two-day programme demanding a fair share of Teesta river water and the implementation of the Teesta Mega Project.

The programme will be held on February 17 and 18, confirmed Shairul Kabir Khan, a member of the BNP chairperson’s media wing.

On February 17, the first day of the programme, BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir will inaugurate the programme at a public gathering in Gaibandha.

On February 18, the programme will conclude with a virtual address by BNP acting Chairman Tarique Rahman in Lalmonirhat.
