Jamaat chief urges CA to call meeting of all parties

Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Dr Shafiqur Rahman has urged the Chief Adviser to call an all-party meeting.

The Jamaat made the call at an emergency meeting of the Central Executive Council at its head office in the capital on Thursday.

Dr. Shafiqur Rahman chaired the emergency meeting, which was attended by members of the Central Executive Council. 
The overall situation in the country was discussed at the meeting. 

In the meeting, Dr. Shafiqur Rahman called on Chief Adviser Professor Dr. Muhammad Yunus to call an all-party meeting to overcome the current situation in the country.
