Chief Adviser to sit with BNP, Jamaat this evening

Chief Adviser Professor Dr Muhammad Yunus will hold separate meetings with leaders of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) and Jamaat-e-Islami amid rising political tensions and various speculations.

The Chief Adviser will hold a meeting with the BNP delegation at 7:30PM on Saturday and another meeting with the Jamaat delegation at 8:30 PM at the State Guest House Jamuna, his official residence.

This was confirmed from the Chief Adviser’s Press Wing.

BNP’s standing committee member Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain will lead the delegation while Jamaat chief Shafiqur Rahman will head his party’s team.
