Consensus-based `July Charter` to be formulated

Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury, member of the BNP Standing Committee and a member of the Chairperson's Foreign Affairs Advisory Committee, said that the reform process and the July Charter will be formulated based on consensus.
The BNP leader said this while addressing a press briefing after the meeting between Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus and BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman at London on Friday afternoon (June 13).
He said that the reform activities will continue not only before the elections, but also after the elections.
Earlier, the much-anticipated meeting between Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus and BNP acting Chairman Tarique Rahman began at a London hotel at 9 am local time (2pm BST) on Friday.
Tarique Rahman is accompanied by BNP Standing Committee member Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury and BNP Acting Chairman’s International Affairs Advisor Humayun Kabir.
