AL`s council is always a history: Syed Ashraf

Staff Correspondent: Ruling Awami League general secretary Syed Ashraful Islam, also minister for public administration, said that Awami League`s council is always a history.

The senior leader of the party made the comment while press conference at AL president`s Dhanmondi office in the capital on Monday.

He said that Awami League`s conference is a huge matter when Awami League organize council that create a new history.

"Awami League`s council is always a history. The decision of country`s independence and also movement for Language in 1952 were taken from the Awami League`s councils," he said.

He also said that the upcoming AL council will be an important programme where representatives will participate from across the country.

Meanwhile, Syed Ashraful Islam urged media to publish analytical reports on the council.
