Oikyafront gets permission to hold rally in Dhaka

Senior Correspondent: Jatiya Oikyofront has got permission from Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) to hold a rally at Suhrawardy Udyan in the capital.

BNP’s publicity affairs secretary Shahid Uddin Chowdhury Annie confirmed the matter to risingbd.com on Monday.

Earlier, a delegation of Jatiya Oikyofront went to the DMP commissioner’s office around 11:30am. The delegation included- BNP Chairperson’s advisor Abul Khayer Bhuiyan, Publicity affairs secretary Shahin Uddin Chowdhury and Assistant organizing secretary Abdus Salam Azad.

The party is also scheduled to hold a rally in Rajshahi.
