EC working to keep govt hanged on to power

Senior Correspondent: BNP senior joint secretary general Ruhul Kabir Rizvi alleged that the Election Commission (EC) is working all activities to keep the government hanged on to power again.

He came up with the allegation in press briefing at the party’s Nayapaltan central office on Saturday.

Rizvi said, “As EC working to keep the government hanged on to power, they are not interested in arranging a competitive and neutral election. That’s why, EC announced polls schedule swiftly to keep Sheikh Hasina in the power.”
