BNP leader Mashiur Rahman dies

Mashiur Rahman, freedom fighter, four-time member of parliament from Jhenaidah-2 constituency with Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) ticket, has died.

Mashiur, also BNP chairperson’s advisor, breathed his last on Tuesday noon at his residence.

To mourn his death, he left behind wife, two sons, one daughter and a host of relatives and well-wishers.

He will be buried at his family graveyard this afternoon.
