‘BNP spent million dollars to impose sanctions against country’

Awami League general secretary Obaidul Quader claimed that BNP is conspiring to impose 'sanctions' against the country by spending million of dollars with false and fabricated information.

The AL leader said this in a statement on Saturday (January 21).

He said that after being repeatedly rejected by the people in the elections, the BNP is now desperate to seize power by unconstitutional means through conspiracy.

Meanwhile, Obaidul Quader criticized Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir and other BNP leaders for delivering purposeful and inquisitive speeches.

The corrupt leader of BNP is now running the party activities by remote-control staying abroad and provoking party leaders-activists for sabotage activities, he said, adding that but now they (BNP leaders) are directionless because the countrymen, as well as the world community, is aware about the conspiracies of those rumor-mongers.
