BSEC rules break:
Tania, Mahbub banned for 5 years

Tania Sharmin, former Managing Director and CEO of CAPM Advisory Limited and Mahbub H. Majumder, former CEO of AFC Capital Limited, have been banned for breaching BSEC rules.
Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) issued the direction to refrain them from any activity related to capital markets for 5 years.
The commission took the decision on allegations of serious violations of the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Ordinance, 1969.
Earlier on July 10, two ban orders signed by BSEC Chairman Khandaker Rashed Maqsood were issued in this regard.
