Shakib named in platinum category of PSL draft

Bangladesh ace-allrounder Shakib al Hasan has been included in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2023 draft, reports cricfrenzy.

The PSL authorities confirmed it through a message on their X account (formerly Twitter).

The PSL 9 Draft is tentatively scheduled to take place in mid-December, immediately following the conclusion of the Pakistan's National T20.

The southpaw featured in PSL for Peshawar Zalmi in the previous season and 2017 season when they became champions. He also represented Karachi Kings in the first season.

Shakib has played a total of 13 matches in the PSL so far scored 181 runs at an average of 16.45 and also took 8 wickets._Agencies.
