New Zealand beat Bangladesh by 4 wickets to draw series

New Zealand defeated Bangladesh by four wickets on the fourth day of the final Test to draw the two-match series on Saturday.

Chasing down a target of 137 runs in the third session of the fourth day’s play, New Zealand reached 139-6 an hour into the final session of the day.

Mitchell Santner and Glenn Phillips put on 70 runs for the seventh wicket to take the Black Caps home. Glenn Phillips scored an unbeaten 40 under pressure.

Mehidy Hasan Miraz claimed 3-52 for Bangladesh.
