BCB director Sujon resigns

Former Bangladesh captain Khaled Mahmud Sujon has resigned from his post as the director of Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), showing personal reason.
Sujon submitted his resignation to the BCB on Wednesday (September 11) noon.
Nizamuddin Chowdhury, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the board, confirmed this to risingbd.
When contacted, Sujon could not be reached for any comment.
Sujan held various important positions in several committees in BCB for a long time. He most recently served as the chairman of the Game Development Committee. At the same time, he was also the vice-president of the Cricket Operations Committee.
Earlier this month, another former Bangladesh captain Nairmur Rahman resigned from his post as BCB director.
After the fall of Sheikh Hasina government on August 5 this year, Nazmul Hasan Papon stepped down as BCB president while Shafiul Alam Chowdhury resigned as chairman of BCB’s women’s wing.
