Chief Adviser greets women’s football team

Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus congratulated the Bangladesh women’s football team for their historic success in qualifying for the 2026 Asian Cup finals for the first time.

In a congratulatory message issued on Wednesday (July 2) night, he said: “This achievement is not only a source of pride for women’s football, but also for the entire nation; it is a unique example of our potential, talent and indomitable spirit”.

The Chief Adviser hoped that this success would inspire future generations and further enhance Bangladesh’s status in international arena.
