Tamim Iqbal hits first T20 century

Sport Desk: Dashing batsman Tamim Iqbal has become first Bangladeshi player to score ICC World Twenty20 century.

 

The bating sensation took 60 balls to hit his ton against Oman in the last group-A match of 2016 T20 World Cup at Dharmasala in India. Tamim was unbeaten on 103 off 63 balls hitting 10 fours and 5 sixes.

 

Tamim has become 7th batsman in world cricket to reach at three figure mark in tournament’s history through today`s hundred.
